How we work
No accounts, no shopping carts, no surprises. One conversation and one fixed price.
The big online printers leave you alone with a configurator. We do the opposite: one person looks after you from the first message to delivery. Here's how it works.
The six steps
- 1 · Tell us about it
- Through the form or by email. What you need, how many, and by when. A photo or an example is enough; you don't need to know anything about papers or paper weights.
- 2 · Fixed price
- We reply with a written quote, with several quantities so you can compare. What we quote is what you pay. No obligation.
- 3 · Your file or our design
- Got the design? Send it over (we explain how below). Don't have one? We create it with you; the design is quoted together with the printing, before we start.
- 4 · Free check + digital proof
- We check your file for free: bleed, resolution, colours, text too close to the edge. If anything could go wrong, we warn you first. Then you receive a digital proof, and nothing gets printed without your sign-off.
- 5 · Printing
- Off to press. We let you know when your order is underway and when it ships.
- 6 · Delivery or installation
- To your business or home, from Dénia to Calpe, no call-out charge. Signage and vinyl we install ourselves.
How to send us your file
If you're sending your own design, this is what works first time. Unsure about something? Send it as it is and we'll check it for free.
- Format
- PDF at actual size. We also accept high-quality JPG or PNG for simple products.
- Bleed
- 3 mm on every side: the background must continue 3 mm beyond the trim edge.
- Safe margin
- Text and logos at least 3 mm from the trim edge.
- Resolution
- 300 dpi at actual size. For banners and large format, 100–150 dpi is enough.
- Colour
- CMYK. If you send RGB we convert it and let you know if any colour shifts noticeably.
- Fonts
- Embedded in the PDF or converted to outlines.
